Conversational Reflective Prose™ (CRP™) Framework

Conversational Reflective Prose™ (CRP™) is an ethical storytelling framework designed to help writers and speakers share hard truths with clarity, restraint, and dignity. It teaches disciplined narrative practices that foster meaningful connection without over explaining, preaching, or causing unintended harm.

Why CRP™ Exists

People are often encouraged to:

  • overshare in the name of vulnerability

  • explain every detail to defend their perspective

  • preach instead of reflect

  • share stories without considering emotional impact on the reader or listener

Many writers and speakers have powerful stories, but they lack structure for telling them responsibly. CRP™ address this gap. It offers a disciplined ethical storytelling framework for slowing down narrative expression without losing clarity. It helps writers and speakers share lived experience in ways that preserve dignity, foster trust, and priortize meaning.

What CRP™ Helps People Do

CRP™ equips writers and speakers with disciplined narrative practices that help them:

  • Share hard truths without over-explaining or defending

  • Structure lived experiences into focused story moments

  • Preserve dignity for themselves and others in the telling

  • Invite reflection rather than dictate emotional outcomes

  • Communicate with clarity, restraint, and steadiness

Who CRP™ Is For

CRP™ is designed for individuals who use story as part of their personal or professional expression including:

  • Women writing from lived experience

  • Authors

  • Speakers and storytellers

  • Faith-based writers who value responsible vulnerability

  • Authors and experienced writers

How CRP™ Is Offered

CRP™ is currently offered through guided learning experiences. The framework is taught through workshops, writing intensives, speaker story labs, and facilitated reflective sessions. Each experience combines structured instruction, applied writing practice, and thoughtful feedback.

Additional learning pathways are in development.

A Note on Fit
