The REAL™ Framework is a communication competency model grounded in personal authenticity, equipping individuals to recognize internal barriers, align with core values, and engage others with clarity, integrity, and responsibility.

Conversational Reflective Prose™ (CRP™)

Conversational Reflective Prose™ (CRP™) is a writing framework that helps people communicate with clarity, restraint, and dignity through language on the page. CRP teaches writers how to share real stories without bleeding on the page, forcing meaning, and harming the reader or the people within the story. 

Mosaic™
 

Mosaic™ is a human centered communication framework that helps organizations understand how maternal capacity and systemic pressure influence communication, stability, and outcomes. It offers a structured way to address challenges by working upstream through mothers.
