SpeakUpSis LLC currently ships physical products within the continental United States only.

Order Processing & Delivery

Physical books are packaged and shipped directly by SpeakUpSis LLC.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on the carrier, but customers can generally expect to receive their order within 7–10 business days from the ship date.

Delivery timelines may vary due to postal delays or seasonal volume.

Books are shipped using standard shipping methods through common U.S. carriers. At this time, expedited or alternative shipping options are not offered.

Free Shipping

From time to time, SpeakUpSis LLC may offer promotional free shipping. Any applicable promo codes must be applied at checkout to receive the discount.

Returns & Refunds

All book purchases are final and non-returnable.

Exception:
If you receive a book that is damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@speakupsis.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
