SHIPPING
1. Where do you ship?
We only ship to U.S.A. continental states.

2. Do you ship packages the day of the order?
Digital downloads are made available immediately. For all other SpeakUpSis® merchandise, i.e., shirts, mugs, hoodies, hats, etc., we use a dropshipping company which typically takes 1-7 business days to process before shipping. Customers can expect to receive merchandise in approximately 14 days.

3. What is your standard shipping method? Do you offer faster options?
All SpeakUpSis® print products are fulfilled through a third-party drop-shipping partner. This means shipping methods and delivery times may vary based on the carrier they select for your order. At this time, standard shipping is the primary option available, and we are not able to offer expedited or alternative shipping speeds.
If you have questions about a specific order or delivery status, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Periodically, we offer promo codes for free shipping. You must use promo code at checkout for the discount.

RETURNS
1. Can I return a purchase if I don't like what I ordered?
All purchases are non-returnable.
Exception:
If you receive damaged or broken merchandise, please email us at contact@speakupsis.com on the same day the package arrives. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item along with the original packaging. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

2. Can I get a refund if I don't like or don't want what I ordered?
No. Refunds are not available for any reason.
