The Speak Up Sis® Experience is more than an event; it’s a transformational encounter. Designed for intimate, in-person gatherings of 25 women or fewer, this experience creates a safe and sacred space where women can shed the masks, speak their truth, and begin the heart work of healing and self-acceptance.

Led by Angel Charmaine, The Mirror Mentor™, the Speak Up Sis® Experience uses facilitated conversations, guided writing, and/or performance arts to help women confront the hard things - guilt, shame, unworthiness, anxiety, and more -within a supportive circle of other women who understand. Together, we uproot limiting beliefs and plant seeds of resilience, self-compassion, and truth.

These experiences are hosted across the United States and abroad by ministries, organizations, churches, and women's groups who are ready to create emotionally safe spaces for real conversations that lead to lasting change.
